This well-credentialed expert has over 25 years of experience in the executive recruiting industry. He began his career in 1989 at an executive search firm when they hired him as their first research analyst. Several years later, he rejoined the Troy, Michigan offices of the same firm, where he conducted numerous projects within the automation, automotive, consumer products, banking, and manufacturing sectors. He is one of 50 people certified by the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), an organization recognized by the United States Government and the European Commission as the representative body for the executive search industry. The CRA designation represents evidence of the highest standards of recruitment research and adherence to the profession's ethical canons. Less than 1% of all search & recruitment professionals have achieved this level of performance. From 1995 to 1998, he served as the director of research services at Management and Recruiters International. In 1999, he founded a management consulting and executive search firm, which he still runs today.
