Expert Qualifications
Mr. John W. Spencer has more than 35 years of experience as an Industrial Hygienist. He earned his BS in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland College Park. Today, he is a Certified Safety Professional by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and a Certified Industrial Hygienist by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene. Formerly, this expert served as an Industrial Hygienist at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, as the Director of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health at the United States Coast Guard, as an Environmental Coordinator at USF&G Corporation, and as the Vice President and Director of Environmental Sciences at the National Medical Advisory Service. Most recently, this expert was the President of Environmental Profiles, Inc. Currently, he is the Senior Vice President of J.S. Held, LLC.
