Expert Qualifications
Dr. Steven R. Zeiler has 12 years of experience in the fields of Neurology and Vascular Neurology. He earned both his BA and his Ph.D. in Cellular, Developmental, and Molecular Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder and his MD from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine before completing both a residency in Neurology and a fellowship in Cebrovascular Neurology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Today, this expert is board-certified in Vascular Neurology and Neurology. Formerly, this expert served as an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He also served as the Head of Neurology Resident Education and as the Head of Stroke Research at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. He currently serves as the Director of the Vascular Neurology Fellowship, as Vice-Chair of Neurology, and as an Associate Professor of Neurology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He is also a Physician at the Johns Hopkins Hospital.
