Dr. Ralph Norman Purcell has 37 years of experience in the field of Orthopedic Surgery. He earned his BA from Columbia University and his MD from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his residency in General Surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Milton. After completing two residencies in Orthopedic Surgery at Helen Hayes Hospital and NewYork-Presbyterian Allen Hospital, he went on to complete a fellowship in Hand Surgery and Microsurgical Reconstruction at New York University Langone Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery. Formerly, this expert held roles as an Attending Surgeon in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at White Plains Hospital Center and as a Physician at Desert Ridge Outpatient Surgery Center. Currently, he serves as a Physician at North Valley Surgery Center and HonorHealth Piper Surgery Center and as the President, Founder and Orthopedic Surgeon at Purcell Orthopedic Institute, PC.
