Expert Qualifications
Dr. David M Powell has 23 years of experience in the field of Otolaryngology. He earned his BA from the University of Virginia and his MD from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. After completing an internship in General Surgery at Mount Carmel West and a residency in Otolaryngology at The Ohio State College of Medicine, he went on to complete a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. Today, this expert is board certified in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Formerly, this expert served as an Instructor of Otolaryngology at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine and as the Director of the Division of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He currently serves as an Otolaryngologist with Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians and as Community-Based Faculty at Nationwide Children's Hospital.
