Expert Qualifications
Dr. Suzy Kim has over 17 years of experience in the fields of Spinal Cord Injury Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. She earned her MD from Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. After completing her internship in Internal Medicine at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, she went on to complete a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Today, this expert is board certified in Spinal Cord Injury Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Formerly, this expert held roles as Director of the Clinical Spinal Cord Injury Program at the UCI Reeve Irvine Research Center and as Chief of Outpatient Spinal Cord Injury and Neurologic Rehabilitation at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center. Currently, she serves as the Medical Director of Spinal Cord Injury at Providence St. Jude Center for Rehabilitation and Wellness and as the Medical Director of Catastrophic Spinal Cord Injuries for Paradigm Management Services.
