Expert Qualifications
Ms. Emma Y. Vasquez has over 40 years of experience in the field of Life Care Planning and Rehabilitation Counseling. She earned her BS in Education from Texas Woman's University and her MS in Counseling and Guidance from Texas A&M University Kingsville. Today, this expert is a Certified Case Manager by the Commission for Case Manager Certification and a Certified Life Care Planner by the International Commission on Health Care Certification. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. Formerly, this expert held roles as a Consultant of Drug-Free Schools and Communities at the Houston Independent School District, a Vocational Evaluator of Assistive Rehabilitation Services at the Texas Workforce Commission, and a Rehabilitation Consultant at the Union Pacific Railroad Company. Currently, she serves as the President and Rehabilitation Consultant at Alfred & Vasquez Associates, Inc.
