Expert Qualifications
Dr. Rulla M. Tamimi has 20 years of experience in the field of Epidemiology. She earned her BS in Biology from Tufts University and both her MS and ScD in Epidemiology from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Formerly, she served as an Associate Professor of Epidemiology at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and as an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. She currently serves as a Professor of Population Health Sciences, as a Professor of Epidemiology in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, and as Chief of Epidemiology at Weill Cornell Medicine. She is also the Associate Director of Population Health Sciences at the Sandra and Edward Meyer Cancer Center.
