Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified neonatologist has been practicing medicine for nearly 20 years. He obtained his MBBS in medicine and surgery from Kasturba Medical College in India, before moving to the United States. Upon his move, this expert obtained his MS in biomedical engineering and toxicology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completed a fellowship in biomedical informatics at Harvard University. He then completed two residencies in pediatrics, one at the Albert Einstein Medical Center and the second at Columbia University. More recently, he completed two fellowships at Stanford University, one in neonatology and the other in healthcare design. Today, this expert is double board-certified in pediatrics and clinical informatics, and he is board-eligible in neonatal-perineal medicine. He is an active member of number medical associations, including the American Medical Informatics Association and the American MENSA. He is also very active in academia, having 8 peer-reviewed publications and having received several prestigious grants. Formerly, this expert worked as a researcher in biomedical informatics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as a researcher in peri-operative care at Harvard University, and as a researcher in pediatrics at Columbia University. Currently, he works as a clinical instructor of neonatology and as a study investigator in neonatology at a top medical university in northern California.
