Expert Qualifications
This expert in gynecologic oncology earned his MD from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Medical School in Greece. Afterward, he went on to complete a general surgery internship in Greece, a residency in obstetrics and gynecology from the University of Texas at Houston, a fellowship in gynecologic oncology research from the University of Pennsylvania, and an additional fellowship in gynecologic oncology from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. In addition, he is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology as well as gynecologic oncology. He is also a member of multiple professional organizations, including the Society of Gynecologic Oncology, the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the American Medical Association. He previously served as the director of gynecologic oncology at Bronx Lebanon Hospital. Currently, he is the director of gynecologic oncology at a non-profit hospital and a clinical assistant professor at a private medical school, both in NY.
