Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert has over 20 years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery. He received his BA from Bennington College, his MD from George Washington University, his MPH from Yale University and his MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He then completed a residency in surgery at Yale-New Haven Hospital and a residency in cardiothoracic surgery at Stanford University Hospital. Today, he is board certified in thoracic and cardiac surgery. He is an active member of several industry organizations including the Society of Thoracic Surgeons and the American Heart Association. He formerly served as an assistant professor of surgery at Yale University, the chairman of surgery at Landmark Medical Center and a surgeon at Miriam Hospital and Rhode Island Hospital. Currently, he is the chief of cardiac surgery at a hospital in Connecticut.
