Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert is triple boarded in internal medicine, critical care medicine, and anesthesiology and has been in the field for over 30 years. He earned his MD from the University of Vermont before completing two residencies in internal medicine and anesthesiology both at Cleveland Clinic. He is active in his field as a member of professional associations including the American College of Critical Care Medicine and the American Society of Anesthesiologists. He formerly served as associate chairman of anesthesiology at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center and as medical director of the cardiovascular ICU at the University of Michigan Hospital. He is currently a full professor of anesthesiology and chief of critical care anesthesiology at a major medical school in MI, as well as service chief of critical care medicine at a university-affiliated hospital in MI.
