Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert earned his BS from the University of Texas at Austin and his MD from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. After completing his residency this expert went on to complete a prestigious fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the Gladstone Institute for Cardiovascular Disease, followed by two additional fellowships in cardiology and interventional cardiology at the University of California San Francisco. He is also active in his field as a member of numerous medical societies including the American College of Cardiology and is a certified provider by the Society for Heart Attack Prevention and Eradication. In addition, he has published over 25 journal articles. Currently, he is a physician in private practice and an assistant clinical professor at a medical school in northern California. He also volunteers his time at a free clinic and maintains hospital privileges at two major hospitals in the bay area.
