This highly qualified expert has over 30 years of experience in captive insurance and consulting. After earning his BA in business from Gustavus Adolphus College, he went on to begin his career as a senior marketing representative at Federated Insurance. He then moved to risk management and insurance as the vice president of alternative risk at RJF Agencies, Inc. This expert currently serves as the executive director of captive programs for a top university in California. In his role, he is the principal architect of numerous single parent, group, health, and association captives and was named 2016 Captive Professional of the Year. Some of his clients include Fiat Lux Risk and Insurance, the University of California system, and Eureka One IC. Additionally, he is a faculty member for insurance education specializing in captive insurance arrangements at a private insurance education firm in California.
