Expert Qualifications
This expert has 30+ years of experience in bulldozer and heavy machinery operations. He received a BA in civil engineering from the UCSD extension school and his technician certificate in electronic and hydraulic systems from the US Army Trading School. He also got a pipeline constructor certificate from the Pipeline Operator Engineers Training Center. He is certified as a Class-A commercial driver, and he is a long-standing member of the Operator Engineers Union. He has held several jobs over his long career, including many finish operator and finish grader jobs, and several excavation and pipeline foreman jobs as well. Recently, he worked for J.R Hayes & Sons as a lead finish operator, and Kiewit Infrastructure as a field engineer and heavy equipment operator. Currently, he operates as a pipe foreman for an excavation company based out of Washington.
