Expert Qualifications
This highly-qualified expert has more than 25 years of experience in construction and design. He earned his BS in engineering from Tufts University before becoming the vice president at Louis E. Lee Co., where he managed the design and construction of sustainable lakes. He then served as a construction manager at Culbertson Construction and as the president and managing member at the Sterling Development Company where he oversaw the design and construction of residential and commercial real estate projects. He has also served as a project manager at Gatehouse Partners and as faculty at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. His work has included housing developments, parks, and private homes and he has been responsible for cost analysis, fiscal forecasting, regulatory compliance, and maintenance for a variety of projects. He is currently a construction manager with a development and construction organization that handles the construction and design of private residences and pools.
