Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert first earned his BA at Princeton University before earning his MBA and his PhD, both in marketing, at the University of California-Berkeley and Duke University respectively. He also completed his JD at the University of Wisconsin Law School. He has years of industry experience in marketing: he was an economic forecaster for IBM, a marketing and strategic consultant for TEM Associates, and a professional hospital representative for Merck & Co. before his time practicing law--where he became a partner of a firm specializing in corporate litigation and intellectual property rights. He has extensive teaching experience and taught at the University of Wisconsin's business school before his current position at the business school of a public research university in Maryland. He has been invited to numerous universities for academic presentations and authored several different publications and conference presentations. He has also consulted for a multitude of marketing initiatives. Besides his academic appointment, he also currently serves as the chief marketing officer and general counsel for a start-up social media company in Maryland.
