Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert has been a certified prosthetist for 20 years and has over 25 years of experience in the field. After receiving his BE in civil engineering at the City College of New York, he went on to obtain his MS in applied mechanics and ME in biomedical engineering. Later, he completed his certification in prosthetics at Rutgers University. This expert has presented and published in his field and has also been given a number of awards. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists and the African American Prosthetics Orthotics Coalition. Formerly, he served as a certified prosthetist at Orthotic Prosthetic Center. He then served as a pile knee instructional consultant at Freedom Innovations and as a director of the resident's program and a certified prosthetist at Nascott. Currently, he is both a certified prosthetist and owner/manager of an amputee center in Washington, D.C.
