Expert Qualifications
This expert has over 20 years of experience as an engineer and scientist in safety and reconstruction. He earned his BSc, MSc, and PhD in engineering from The University of New Mexico. He is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Society of Safety Engineers and the Society of Automotive Engineers. He is active in academia having published over 100 articles, papers, and technical reports in his field. Previously, he served as an engineer and scientist at Benchmark Environmental Corporation and as a senior scientist and project engineer at the International Technology Corporation. In addition, he served as a principal engineer and a program manager at North Wind Environmental, Inc. Currently, this expert serves as a senior safety and risk scientist at a private consultancy in California.
