Expert Qualifications
This expert has experience as a board certified vascular surgeon in Virginia. He earned his BS in chemistry from the University of Virginia. He completed his MD at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). He also an internship and residency in general surgery at VCU. This expert has contributed to 10 peer-reviewed academic articles and has given dozens of presentations about his original research. He is a member of a number of professional societies, including the Society for Vascular Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, and the Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery. He currently serves as an assistant professor of surgery at a university in Virginia, where he also serves as an associate program director for the Vascular Surgery Fellowship. This expert is board certified in general surgery and vascular surgery.
