Expert Qualifications
This expert is a bar admitted lawyer. He received his BA in history from the College of Charleston before going on to receive his JD from the Charleston School of Law. He formerly served as office manager for Citizens Bonding Company. He then went on the serve as a managing member of Leeds Avenue Law, LLC/ Burrows Law, LLC. He was formerly a plaintiff's litigator with over six years of litigation and extensive deposition experience and discovery work. He is able to provide unique business valuations in a legal context by bridging experience in litigation with his business and valuation knowledge. He has also done several presentations on business valuations for the Bar. This expert leverages his unique perspective serving as a business broker and general counsel for a mergers and acquisitions firm in South Carolina.
