Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert is board certified in anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesiology. She obtained her BA in biology from New York University before receiving her MD from UMDNJ – New Jersey Medical School. She completed internships in internal medicine at Georgetown University and in anesthesiology from the University of Texas. Subsequently, she completed fellowships in pediatric anesthesiology and pediatric cardiac anesthesiology, both from the Children’s National Medical Center. This expert previously worked as a locum tenens physician for the medical intensive care unit at the Virginia Hospital Center and a staff physician for the primary care clinic for the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Currently, she serves as a staff physician within pediatric cardiac anesthesiology at a university medical center in Maryland.
