This expert has over 30 years of experience in materials engineering and analysis. He received his BS in materials science and metallurgical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Previously, he served as a materials engineer at both Westinghouse Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory and Matco Services. His projects have included failure investigations, material characterizations and process development. He is currently a consulting engineer for a forensic engineering firm, where he regularly conducts investigations involving explosions and material failures.
