This highly qualified expert has extensive background in construction management, design architecture, and forensic consulting. He earned his B.S. in Architectural Technology from the New York Institute of Technology; he is a New York State Registered Architect, a Board Certified Construction Manager and CCM Subject Area Expert with the Construction Management Association of America (CMCI). The expert works as the Managing Architect for a New York City school construction organization. He has served has a Construction Manager for projects involving Touro College facilities, Fulton Street Transit Center, the World Trade Center, Crain's Publishing Headquarters, and Watson Wyatt Worldwide among many others. He presently has a forensic consulting practice where he specializes in claims mitigation, analysis, productivity analysis, earned value analysis, contract dispute resolution, delay claim impact analysis, coupled with in-depth knowledge of cost control practices during all phases of project delivery. He is also now a PT Adjunct Professor in Construction Management and Real Estate at a large New York College.
