Expert Qualifications
This qualified Safety Engineer obtained his BS and MS in Chemical Engineering at the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and earned a Doctor of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Safety. Licensed as a professional engineer in Florida and certified as a safety professional (CSP), he has completed a considerable amount of additional training in OSHA and HAZOPs, fault tree and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). He began his career in chemical safety in 1972 with Industrial Risk Insurers, and ultimately managed risk engineering services for insurance companies such as Zurich, AIG, and others. He has audited hundreds of industrial plants over the course of his career.
