This case involves a 37-year-old man who previously had a testicular implant placement following complications with a vasectomy. 9 months after the successful implantation, he was involved in a car accident while on his way to work. A few days after the car accident, the man began experiencing severe testicular pain and swelling. He presented to the emergency room where an ultrasound revealed perforation of the testicular implant with the leakage of the implant contents.
