Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert earned his MD from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki School of Medicine and his PhD from the University of Bonn. After completing his residency at the University of Texas Health Center this expert went on to complete a prestigious fellowship in MIS/Bariatric at Carolinas Medical Center. He is also active in his field as a member of numerous medical societies including the American College of Surgeons and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. Formerly, he held roles as a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of North Carolina. Currently he is a Professor of Surgery, Vice-Chair of Education and Chief MIS/Bariatrics for a top university.
