This highly qualified expert has over thirty years of experience in the civil engineering and construction industry. He earned his BE in civil engineering from Nagpur University in India. He then earned his MS and PhD in civil engineering/construction engineering and management at University of Cincinnati and Purdue University, respectively. This expert is a certified cost professional and a licensed professional engineer. He has authored over 200 publications that relate to warranties, process improvement, project controls, capital rehabilitation planning, strategic planning, and decision-making as well as books related to infrastructure planning, engineering, economics, and cost engineering. Currently, he serves as a professor of civil engineering as well as a professor and head of the division of construction engineering and management at a renowned Indiana university. He is also the principal consultant for a legal engineering consultancy.
