Expert Qualifications
This expert has been involved with software development for over 30 years, and he currently runs his own consulting business. He received his BS in information systems management from the University of San Francisco as well as training through the National Security Agency’s National Cryptologic School. Prior to his position as a consultant he worked as an analyst for the US Air Force, a lead planner with Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, a senior system engineer at IBM and was a regional vice president at LANsystems. He holds nine patents, and is a member of the Project Management Institute and the PMI College of Scheduling.
