Expert Qualifications
This expert has over 30 years of experience in the field of commercial banking. He has had extensive involvement in all facets of commercial, asset based, real estate and consumer lending as well as underwriting, credit analysis, credit risk review, portfolio management, due diligence and business refinancing. He completed his BA in commercial banking from Lousianna State University. This expert is a certified AIB instructor with specializations in analyzing financial statements and business financial analysis. He is also a certified RMA instructor in RMA financial statement analysis. He has published 8 articles and has given 12 presentations related to bankruptcy plan feasibility, cramdown interest rates, and working with lenders in distressed situations. Previously, he has held roles as a special assets officer at Hibernia National Bank, a business process analyst and manager of special assets at Wachovia Bank, and the principal of GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group. Currently, he serves as the managing director of a financial advisory firm and a health services company in GA.
