This qualified expert has over 40 years of experience in the field of property management. He earned his BA in history from Stanford University. He holds numerous certifications, which include OSHA construction site safety, property management, commercial investment, and forensic litigation consulting. He is a member of several real estate associations, including the Institute of Real Estate Management and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. This expert began his career in property management as a licensee, investor, and property manager before becoming a real estate broker in the state of California. He also served as a partner for First Affiliated Finance Corporation, as well as the founder and general manager for CRE Property Management. Currently, he serves as a senior associate at an expert witness and consulting firm in California.
