Expert Qualifications
This expert is a well qualified biomedical engineer. He completed a course of study in mechanical engineering with a BS at Nehru Regional Engineering College, and an MS and PhD at Louisiana State University, and an MS in clinical research at UC Davis, and a fellowship in bioengineering at Mass General Hospital. He is active in the field as a member of the Biomedical Engineering Research Society, a National Science Foundation review board, and the Society for Clinical and Translational Research among others. He previously served as a research assistant at LSU, a process engineer at MicroAssembly, a research associate at the Center for Advanced Microstructures and Devices, a postdoc at UC Davis, a research fellow at the Center for Engineering in Medicine and as an assistant professor of biomedical engineering at SUNY. He currently is an assistant professor of biomedical engineering at a technical university in Illinois.
