This highly-qualified expert in civil engineering has over two decades of experience in his field. He earned his BS in civil engineering from Birzeit University, his MS in civil engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and then his PhD in civil engineering from the University of Illinois. He is currently a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Consortium of Universities for Research in Earthquake Engineering. Additionally, this expert also serves as an editor for the Journal of Structural Engineering and the Journal of Bridge Engineering. Formerly, he has been an assistant and associate professor at the University of Buffalo. Currently, this expert serves as a professor and director of graduate studies at a university in New York.
