Dr. Andrew C. Bland has over 19 years of experience in Nephrology, including Pediatric Nephrology, and Health Administration. He earned his BS in Cell Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign and his MD from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria. He also went on to earn his MS in Data Science and Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and his MBA in Medical Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. After completing his residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria, he went on to complete a fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. Today, this expert is board certified in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Nephrology. Formerly, this expert served as the Medical Director in the Division of Healthcare Quality Improvement at the Joint Commission, as the Chief Medical Officer at Hamilton Health Care System, and as the Chief Health Informatics Officer at Base Camp Health. Currently, he serves as a Partner and Physician in the Nephrology and Hypertension Clinic at Grand River Medical Group.
