Expert Qualifications
Dr. Archana R. Ramaswamy has 20 years of experience in the field of Surgery. She earned her MD from the McGill University Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences and her MBA from the University of Saint Thomas. After completing a residency in General Surgery at the McGill University Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, she went on to complete a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery at the Emory University School of Medicine. Today, this expert is board certified in Surgery. Formerly, this expert served as a Staff Surgeon at Minneapolis VA Medical Center and as a Professor of Surgery at the University of Minnesota Medical School. She is currently in the process of transitioning into the position of Chief of Surgery at Loma Linda Veterans Administration Hospital.
