Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert is a real estate transactional attorney with 40 years experience in the timeshare industry. He received his BA in English from Yale University, before obtaining his JD from the University of California, Los Angeles. His legal practice is almost entirely in timeshares, and he is widely regarded as an expert in the field, having been named one of the "Best Lawyers in America." Throughout the course of his career, this expert has also formed many timeshare owner's associations. Today, he is an active member of the American Resort Development Association, the trade association for the timeshare industry, where he serves as the chairman of the ethics committee and as a member of the board of directors. He previously served as a partner in real estate law at White & Spaulding. This expert is currently a partner at a top tier real estate law firm in northern California, where he works primarily with timeshare developers and timeshare management companies.
