Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified and fellowship trained expert earned his medical degree from King Edward Medical College in Pakistan. Following this, he went on to complete a general surgery residency at University of Missouri as well as a fellowship in colorectal surgery at Washington University. He is active in his field as a member of multiple medical societies including The American College of Surgeons. In addition, he has authored over 20 journal articles as well as 3 book chapters. Formerly, he was Chief of Colorectal Surgery at Washington University. Currently, he is Directory of the Physician Assistant Surgical Residency Program in addition to his role as Assistant Professor of Surgery at a major Florida medical school.
