Expert Qualifications
This highly-qualified expert has over 15 years of experience in bioethics. He received his BA in philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh, where he graduated summa cum laude. He subsequently earned his JD from Georgetown University, graduating cum laude. He then pursued his MA and PhD in philosophy, with a concentration in bioethics, at Georgetown University. He is active in his field as a member of several associations, including the American Health Lawyers Association and the American Society of Bioethics and Humanities. He has formerly served as an associate professor of law at Widener University and Hamline University, as well as director of the health law institute at Hamline University and an associate attorney at Arnold & Porter LLP. Currently, this expert serves as the director of the health law institute and professor of law at a law school in Minnesota, as well as an adjunct associate professor of bioethics at a medical college in New York.
