Expert Qualifications
This qualified expert has 40 years of experience in the power industry. He earned his BS in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and is a licensed professional engineer. He worked his way up through his industry, formerly serving as an engineer and in machinery services at PPL Generation. He went on to work as a gas and hydro assets manager of peaking power and as senior director of technical services at PPL Generation. He has also been an adjunct professor of mechanical engineering at Lehigh University. His expertise lies in managing and developing new power plants and conducting investigations and operational improvement studies in the plants he runs. He currently works as a consultant at an independent power engineering consultancy.
