This expert received his BS in electrical engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, graduating magna cum laude. He also earned a business marketing certificate from Collin Co Community College and completed the Bussmann consulting engineering training. He is a licensed professional engineer and has been a LEED accredited professional for over 10 years. He holds more than 20 years of experience in the design and construction of power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and electrical safety issues. The projects he has worked on have involved city infrastructure, high and medium voltage substations, education facilities, and health care facilities.
