Expert Qualifications
Dr. Charles William Ibbs has over 34 years of experience in Construction Management. He earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, his MS in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of California Berkeley. He is licensed as a Civil Engineer in the state of California. He is also active in his field as a member of several professional societies including the Associated General Contractors of America, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the American Association of Cost Engineers. Formerly, this expert served as a Project Engineer at GAI Consultants and as a Visiting Professor of Construction Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Currently, this expert is the Founder of Ibbs Consulting Group and a Professor at the University of California Berkeley.
