Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert obtained his BS in Cellular and Molecular Biology as well as his MD from the University of Michigan. He then completed a residency in General Surgery and one in Cardiothoracic Surgery from University of Kentucky Hospital and Medical College of Virginia Hospitals, respectively. He is a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and American College of Surgeons. He has published 21 peer-reviewed articles, abstracts, and book chapters. He is currently the Director of a major medical school-affiliated hospital as well as a Professor of Surgery, Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery at a major medical university.
