Expert Qualifications
Ms. Carla H. Kelley has 43 years of experience in the fields of Vocational Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation Counseling. She earned her BS in Vocational Rehabilitation and her MRC in Psychology from Wright State University. Today, this expert is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor through the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification and a Certified Disability Management Specialist through the Certified Disability Management Specialist Commission. Additionally, she is licensed as a Vocational and Return to Work Counselor in the State of California. Formerly, this expert served as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation and as a Rehabilitation Specialist at International Rehabilitation Associates. Since 1985, she has served as the Owner of Huff Kelley & Associates, where she also serves as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant.
