He earned a BE in electrical engineering from the Pratt Institute and an MS from George Washington University. He is active in his field as a member of several professional associations including the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and also holds membership to their honor society, Eta Kappa Nu. Formerly, this expert served as a senior program manager of advanced acoustic sensors for the Naval Sea Systems Command and as a senior technology program manager with the Central Intelligence Agency. He went on to serve as the director of the Washington business development center of Condor Systems and as the president and CEO of CPT Associates. After this, he joined the National Maritime Intelligence Center as the branch head of science and technology intelligence and as a technology and business manager. Currently, this expert is a senior program manager and analyst for a resource management and investments group in Virginia.
