Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert earned his BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his MD from the University of Illinois School of Medicine. He is board-certified in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatry. He completed his internship and residency in General Psychiatry at the University of California, San Diego. After completing his internship, he went on to complete a fellowship in Clinical Psychopharmacology at the University of California, San Diego and two other fellowships in Child Psychiatry and Administrative Psychiatry at the Reiss-Davis Child Study Center, a division of Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services. He remains active in the field of psychiatry as a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. Previously, he has served as a Psychiatric Consultant for several children and family services entities including the Children's Behavioral Services of Nevada, Children's Resource Bureau of Nevada, and the Maple Star Nevada Foster Care Program. Currently, he is a Pediatric Psychiatry Staff Member at a university-affiliated medical center in Nevada as well as a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at a well-known university in Nevada. Additionally, he also serves as a Psychiatrist for a child and family services unit in Nevada.
