Expert Qualifications
This qualifiedĀ expert attended Paracelsus Medical University in Austria, where he received his MD and then spent a year at the Mayo Clinic to do research in functional neurosurgery. He completed his residency in neurosurgery at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, and subsequently did a fellowship in open and endovascular neurosurgery at Harvard University's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He is active in his field as a member of multiple professional organizations including theĀ American Association of Neurological Surgeons and theĀ Congress of Neurological Surgeons. Additionally, this expert has authored over 250 peer-reviewed publications, 22 book chapters, and give numerous presentations of his work nationwide. Formerly, this expert served as a clinical assistant professor and clinical associate professor atĀ Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. Currently, he is an attending neurosurgeon and the director of vascular and endovascular neurosurgery at a hospital in PA as well as an associate professor of neurosurgery at a medical school in PA.
