Expert Qualifications
This highly qualified expert earned his BA from the University of Wyoming and his PhD from Oregon State University. He is an active member of the Society for Neuroscience, Interational Society for Serotonin Research and the International Behavioral Neuroscience Society. His research is focused on the microbiome-gut-brain axis and he has researched and published widely on this topic. Formerly, the expert served as a visiting scientist for several labs with the National Institute of Mental Health and a research fellow with Henry Wellcome Laboratories for Integrative Neuroscience and Endocrinology. Currently, he is an associate professor of integrative physiology at a major university in Colorado. He is also a investigator for several research projects and the co-founder and co-director of a research consortium.
