He then went on to serve as a project manager for multiple commercial and residential real estate developers and construction companies in New York, including Dayton Construction, Rosen Associates, Bayswater Realty and Capital, Polimeni International, Stewart Senter, and Mavec Advisors. He has extensive experience in coordination and liaison with architects, engineers, and legal consultants, as well as all aspects of contractor and subcontractor administration. Currently, this expert is a senior project manager and owner's representative for a contracting and construction group in New York.
