He earned his BA from Gonzaga University, his JD from Washington University School of Law, and his LLM in cyber and telecommunications law from the University of Nebraska. Today, this expert is a practicing attorney who specializes in cyber law and insurance. Formerly, he served as the director of the Make-A-Wish Montana and managed all operations surrounding legal, non-profit compliance. He has additional experience as an attorney and counselor at law and as a partner and practicing attorney at Joseph, Vicevich & Whelan, PLLC. Currently, this expert is the president of a private law firm and serves as the director of a community bank and a Montessori school in Montana.
