Expert Qualifications
Mr. Daniel J. Melcher has 30 years of experience in the fields of Engineering and Mechanics. He earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and his MS in Transportation Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Today, this expert is a certified Traffic Accident Reconstructionist by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstructionists. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Formerly, this expert served as the Vice President and Director of Engineering at Armstrong Forensic Engineers, Inc. and as a Graduate Faculty member at Purdue University. Currently, he serves as the Director of Engineering at Focus Forensics, LLC.
